I believe in a collaborative and supportive approach to assessments. If you would like to arrange your RG TL G3 assessment please drop me a call or email... we'll discuss possible dates, locations and if required work together to arrange a crew to be helmed. It's important you have have registered for your assessment through your Home Nation and have all the prerequisites in place. ► Registration Registration is a process for aspirant Raft Guides who are planning to attend an Assessment course. The purpose of Registration is to confirm you hold all prerequisites, it's quick and confirmation is sent straight to your inbox*. This should then be shared with the assessor to confirm eligibility for assessment. It also gives you peace of mind that you have everything you need in place and you can focus on enjoying your assessment. Please do not try to Register unless you hold all prerequisites: • Advanced White Water Safety training can include Rescue 3 WRT Pro • Safeguarding Training (dated within last 3years) • First Aid (dated within last 3 years and appropriate to this award) • Full National Association Membership *Note - as long as you meet the prerequisites, you will be automatically sent confirmation of your Registration. ► What does registration cost? Registration costs vary a little dependant on the qualification and where you live, for more information you can read the Registration Guide by following this link https://paddlesuptraining.com/registration-guidance/ ► How do I register? • You will need to be an On the Water British Canoeing Member • You need to be at least 16 years of age to register • Once you're a member, you access your membership portal and register through the dedicated platform **Note – if you are aware that your record is out of date (for example your First Aid has expired) we recommend you update your record first.

Cancellation Policy
If you are looking to cancel or reschedule your course booking you must inform Jon Best Coaching at least 14 days prior to the course date. Cancellations within 14 days of your course booking will not be entitled to a refund but may be offered a reschedule, this will be considered on a case by case basis. Certain courses require minimum numbers in order to run. If minimum numbers have not been reached you will be offered a reschedule or refund in full. You will be offered a refund in full if Jon Best Coaching cancels any course except for when the cancellation is forced due to adverse weather conditions. Cancellations due to force majeure event will see your course rescheduled to an alternative date.
